We have been working with children within education for over 20 years. There is a range of experience including qualified mainstream primary school teacher, a special educational needs teacher and  a special educational needs and disabilities  coordinator (SENDCo).

esSENtial consultancy was started to support families who were unable to access the support and advice they needed and deserved, to bridge the gap between home and school and to offer training and support to businesses. There are excellent charities out there to support families, however waiting lists are long and families need immediate support with actual strategies and resources they can use in their homes.

Whether you need support in understanding the send processes, applying for a parental EHCP, tuition, support for your child in regulating their emotions, anxiety, use of visuals in the home or assessments, we can support and advise you in these areas and much more.

Since Beginning esSENtial consultancy we have provided Families with a wide range of services. Life with a child with additional needs can sometimes be overwhelming, lonely, misunderstood and even exhausting,  but we are here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. Our goal is to help you understand your child's additional needs more fully and how best to support them.

What makes us different from other SEND support out there is that we work one to one with the children, but then also give the parents the training to ensure consistency which is key when supporting children with additional/different needs.
